However, Elinor's screams made Kemp laugh more happily. He patted her on the shoulder and said meaningfully. "You're so timid. You need to train yourself."
She kept taking deep breaths. She was originally sad, but after the horrible game, she only felt fearful, remaining vigilant against zombies that suddenly jumped out from corners.
"Look! Are you distracted by it?"
He smiled and subconsciously grabbed her hair. She pushed him away, frowning. "Skunk boy, what're you doing?"
"Eh!" He immediately raised his hands and made a gesture of surrender to show his innocence. "I helped you out of your emotions. But you scolded me. Am I not important in your heart?"
Elinor covered her chest, still in a state of fear. "You're even below the line now."
"Bored." After he remarked, he stood up and left his room. When he approached the door, he looked back at her. "Are you sure you won't go to school recently?"
She consented. He raised his eyebrows. "I originally wanted you take me around the school. Well, I'll delay my enrollment after days' rest."
Her eyes lit up. "You'll study in my school?"
"Didn't Dad tell you in advance?" Kemp stood there, casting a long shadow on the ground. "He wanted you to take me to the school, so that I can get familiar with the campus."
"Well," she answered gently, "Then I'll go to school tomorrow and lead you..."
When he heard her answer, he smiled happily. "You originally didn't want to go to school. Are you willing to go there for me?"
Elinor didn't think too much. She looked into his eyes frankly and nodded, her voice still gentle. "Yes, for you're my only brother."
Upon sitting down, Elinor picked meat for Kemp.
The boy smiled. "Thank you. It's rare for you to be so kind to me."
Elinor came out of a trance and murmured. "I'm accustomed to doing so."
Kemp's eyebrows went up. What does she mean?
However, Elinor didn't notice his emotional fluctuations. In other words, she had no idea of worldly wisdom, knowing neither shrewd gimmicks nor telling lies. In the face of Kemp's doubts, she said frankly, "When I lived with Victor, I got used to taking care of him."
She gets used to taking care of others.
