"OK, We'll be right out." Victor said to Dixon, "Mr. Borris, we should go."
"Well, come here next time."
Dixon said lightly to Caldwell. "Boss miller. We'll go. I'll protect you, and please recover as soon as possible. I know you can hear my voice. If you want to protect your only daughter, please wake up quickly."
After saying these, they went out, leaving Caldwell lying in bed alone. Then silence resigned the room. The ECG monitor was beeping regularly, as if the man in bed never had a moment of consciousness.
His only daughter... Sonia.
On their way back, Dixon has been thinking about why Sonia came from the Miller family.
Who are her biological parents? They were also missing. Dixon could not find them, because they have disappeared since five years ago.
The group worried about Caldwell's physical conditions. "I am afraid that he would die before we take him out," said Jarvis.
Dixon cast a glance at him. "You had to jinx it, didn't you?"
He retorted helplessly, "Damn it, I am also under great pressure. Tell me in time if you get new messages. I will go home to report to my dad first."
"Fine." After seeing off Jarvis, looking at the two children sitting on the back seats, Dixon inexplicably felt that his indifferent son and Elinor who was flattering Victor carefully were harmonious.
Dixon glanced at Victor from the rearview mirror, "Do you not like Elinor?"
Victor sneered, "No, her mother is malicious, so she must be a bad bug."
Dixon stopped Victor. "Enough. Don't be too sharp. She is still a little girl."
"I am also a kid, and why are you not worried about me?"
He retorted acrimoniously. "You think she is vulnerable just because she is crying? It turned out that tears can change your mind, so there is no wonder why you were cheated by Maria for such a long time. Actually, my mom and I are the suffered. Why does she cry? She has no quality of crying."
"..." Dixon could not speak even a word. When mentioning Sonia's suffering, Victor always took a firm but cruel stand. He has already felt it.
Even though he was only six years old, he has already been more principled than many adults.
All who hurt his mom are his rivals.
