Chapter 54
Natasha’s POV
“Brennan,” Roderic’s voice cut through the tension. “Let the boy do his work.”
Brennan-the warrior holding me-looked over at Roderic with a grin.
“What’s wrong, Roderic? Jealous? Worried I’m going to take this one like I want to take your Lucy?”
Bad move. Very bad move.
Roderic’s expression darkened, but before he could respond, Brennan turned his attention back to me.
“Although- His grin widened. “-who says boys can’t be fun too?”
My blood ran cold.
“I’ve fucked a few boys in my time,” Brennan continued casually, as if discussing the weather. “You’d be surprised. Some of them are tighter than women. And they make the most interesting sounds when you force your cock down their throats.”
The other warriors laughed nervously. This was clearly crossing some line, but no one was willing to call him out on it.
“Brennan- one of them started.
“What?” Brennan snapped. “You telling me you’ve never thought about it? Never wondered what it would be like? Don’t lie to me.”
He pulled me closer, until I was practically in his lap.
“Besides,” he said, his breath hot and reeking of alcohol, “we’re Lycans. We take what we want. And right now- His free hand moved to my hip, gripping hard. “I want this.”
“Please-” I whispered. “Please don’t-”
He ignored me completely.
“You,” he said, pointing at one of the other warriors. “Close the door.”
“Brennan, maybe we should-” the warrior started.
“Close. The. Fucking. Door.”
The warrior hesitated, then did as he was told. The door shut with a heavy thud.

Chapter 54
And suddenly the room felt much smaller. Much more dangerous.
Brennan stood up, pulling me with him. His hand moved from my hip to my ass, squeezing roughly.
“Let’s see what we’re working with,” he muttered.
“No!” I tried to pull away, but his grip was iron. “Please, I don’t-I can’t-

“Shut up.” He spun me around so my back was to him, then shoved me forward. I stumbled, catching myself on the edge of the table. “Stay
there. Don’t move.”
His hands moved to the waistband of my trousers.
Oh God. Oh God, no. He’s going to-
“Brennan.” Roderic’s voice again. Still calm. Still measured. But with an edge of warning. “That’s enough.”
“It’s not enough until I say it’s enough,” Brennan shot back. “And I. say I want to see what this pretty boy looks like under these clothes.”
“I said enough.”
“And I said fuck off. This doesn’t concern you.”
Brennan’s hands tugged at my trousers, starting to pull them down-
“Stop!” I gasped. ‘Please, I’m begging you-”
He slapped me. Hard. The impact sent me sprawling across the table, my vision exploding with stars.
“I told you to shut up,” he snarled.
Strong hands grabbed me again, pulling me upright. But not roughly this time. Almost… carefully.
I blinked through tears and saw that Roderic had moved. He was standing now, one hand on Brennan’s shoulder.
“Let him go,” Roderic said quietly.
“Why?” Brennan demanded. “You jealous? Want him for yourself?”
“No. I just don’t want to clean up the mess when you rape him to death on my table.”
‘I’m not going to kill him. Just have a little fun.”

Chapter 54
:
“You’re drunk. And when you’re drunk, you don’t know your own strength. I’ve seen you break slaves before.”
Brennan shook off Roderic’s hand. “So what? They’re replaceable.”
“Maybe. But I’m not in the mood to watch.” Roderic’s tone hardened. “So I’m telling you-politely-to let him go.”
For a moment, I thought Brennan was going to refuse. Was going to push this into an actual fight.
But then he laughed-harsh and bitter-and shoved me away.
Fine. Whatever. You’re such a fucking bore, Roderic.”
I stumbled backward, my legs barely supporting me.
“But you know what?” Brennan continued, his eyes still fixed on me with predatory hunger. “Maybe I’ll just take him with me when I
leave. Find somewhere more private. Somewhere I can really enjoy breaking him in.”
“No- I started.
“Get on your knees, boy, Brennan ordered.
I shook my head frantically.
“I said. Get. On. Your. Knees.”
“Brennan- Roderic started.

“Stay out of this!* Brennan roared. He grabbed me by the hair and yanked me down. Pain exploded across my scalp as I fell to my knees
on the hard stone floor.
“That’s better,” Brennan said. He was already working at his belt. “Much better.”
