Welcome to Hell (by Williane Kassia) novel Chapter 34

Chapter 34

Hey, newbie. Come with me. You have a visitor.”

I blinked in confusion.

A visitor?

But this prison didn’t allow visits.

I glanced at Fox, who looked just as puzzled as I did.

“Move it! I don’t have all day.”

The guard grumbled impatiently, grabbing my arm tightly like I might try to run.

His grip was firm–almost painful–making it clear I had no choice.

My heart pounded.

Something was wrong.

Very wrong.

I cast one last look at Fox, hoping he’d have some kind of answer–some way out.

But all I saw was his tense expression and clenched fists, like he was holding back something he couldn’t say.

I didn’t want to go, but I had no choice.

The guard dragged me down the hallway, and with each step, the feeling that something bad was about to happen only grew stronger.

We followed a long corridor to an isolated room.

As soon as the door opened, my body froze.

David.

My brother.

A jolt ran down my spine.

My stomach turned.

The guard shoved me inside.

“Twenty minutes,” he said dryly before closing the door behind him.

I stood still, trying to process what was happening.

David was there–legs crossed, a smug smile playing on his lips.

‘Hello, little brother.

His tone was casual, but it cut like a blade wrapped in mockery.

‘I had to spend a fortune to see you. So, how’s it been? Have a lot of guys fucked you yet?”

Chapter 34

A cruel laugh burst from his mouth, echoing through the small room–poisonous and soaked in sadiem.

Rage exploded in my chest like dynamite.

Hatred surged through my veins, making my muscles tense.

My fists clenched until my knuckles cracked.

“What do you want, David?”

My voice was low, tight, and ready to break.

“Did you come here just to mock my misery?”

He leaned forward across the table, savoring every second.

“Of course.”

There was a wicked glint in his eyes.

“That orange uniform suits you. The perfect little brother–now just a worthless abuser rotting where you belong.

I bit the inside of my cheek, fighting back the storm building inside me.

“You know damn well I never touched Sabrina!”

“That was your plan. A trap to ruin me.”

The lump in my throat tightened. My chest rose and fell rapidly as my breathing faltered.

“Why?

“I always tried to be a good brother. I wanted you to see me as family. What did I ever do to deserve this? Was it jealousy? Hatred?

“The perfect son. The perfect life. And me? I was always the shadow. The forgotten firstborn. The stares, the praise, the smiles from our parentsthey were always for you. And me? Nothing.”

And that’s my fault?”

“Of course it is!
