Please Let Me Go novel Chapter 110

After Adelaide left home, the more Damla thought about it, the more she felt aggrieved. Just at this time, her mobile phone happened to rang. After answering it, she found it was Clarissa. She was overjoyed. After looking for Clarissa and her mother for several days, there was still no news. Damla was still a little worried, but now she was all right now. After knowing where Clarissa was now, she dropped the apron down and went to see Clarissa.

This was a place which Damla had never been to before. Each house was no more than two floors. Damla was so surprised how Clarissa could live in such a place. Enduring her inner discomfort, she called Clarissa to let Clarissa come out to pick her up.

Soon Clarissa, who didn’t put any make-up, came out of a building. She led Damla to the basement where she lived now. The place Clarissa lived was not even as big as a car parking spot for ordinary people. There was a single bed in the basement. It looked like Clarissa and her mother huddled together to sleep.

Behind the curtain next to the bed was a kitchen. There was a table with four chairs. That was all the furnishings in the room. Damla was a little bit dumbfounded. When Clarissa asked her to borrow money, she was taken aback. But she was so shrewd. She told Clarissa that her grandson just returned from the hospital, so she had no spare money.

Clarissa didn't give up and still wanted to borrow money, but was stopped by Flora. Flora cast a look at her daughter, and then smiled and chatted with Damla casually.

Soon, Damla told Flora all the troubles she had experienced at the Baron family these days. After the three of them talked for a while, they decided to get back at Adelaide and Antonio. If it was a few days ago, Damla would be hesitated. After the morning’s events, she hated Antonio and Adelaide so much.

Then Damla agreed to Clarissa's proposal without any hesitation. After thinking out a conspiracy, all three of them had mysterious smiles on their faces. Damla wanted to rush back to implement Clarissa's plan. So she left the basement quickly.

"Damla, I’m waiting for your call!"

Hearing Clarissa’s words, Damla went back with the firm look in her eyes!

"Mom, I'm coming to see you next time!" Adelaide stood up. Obviously, she was reluctant to leave.

Hanna held Adelaide’s arm. But she looked so solemn. She bowed to the tombstone again, "Ma’am, we’re leaving first!" Hanna was more cared about Adelaide’s mother than Antonio.

It was sunny when they came out. Suddenly, clouds and mist shrouded, as if it was going to rain. After driving Adelaide home, Hanna left.

Seeing Adelaide coming back, Damla became so hospitable. She said that she knew she was wrong, and begged Adelaide for forgiveness. No matter whether it was the rich or the poor, they all hoped that they could have a happy family.

Adelaide's purpose was to let Damla know that she was wrong. So Adelaide didn’t think deeply. She just nodded with a smile. Then Damla said that Antonio treated her so nice, but she had never invited them to dinner. She invited Adelaide to eat outside. Adelaide readily agreed.

Seeing that it was going to rain, Adelaide was led by Damla to a cheap restaurant. Adelaide was not surprised that Damla would invite her to such a restaurant when she thought of Damla's family situation. The two walked into the restaurant one after another.

At that time, Antonio and Clarissa were meeting in this restaurant. Antonio happened to have his back to the door, so he couldn't see the people coming in. He frowned. It could see that he was so impatient now. He didn't understand whether he didn't make it clear or didn’t look so determined enough. How could Clarissa still dare to ask him out to meet?

Clarissa bit the straw and took a sip of milk tea. She raised the old book in her hand and smiled, "Antonio, you marrying my sister was for buying the Swift Group?"

Antonio raised his eyebrows. He didn't deny that, because this was his thought at the beginning. As he got along with Adelaide, he couldn't help but fall in love with Adelaide, "So what? Get to the point!"
