Please Let Me Go novel Chapter 141

Aadam was astonished. He didn't expect that Antonio would suddenly said this. Didn't he really need the agency right he had?

Obviously, the information he had was not wrong. Then, there was only one explanation left if Antonio was trying to take a step backward for two steps forward.

Antonio was jealous in the party.

Thinking that Antonio should be an affectionate person, Aadam smiled and found it more and more interesting. But Aadam was really unprepared for Antonio's unexpected reaction.

Aadam couldn't help but feel sorry for being unable to tell him about the shocking condition.

"Is there anything else, Mr. Bailey? If not, I'll have to be busy with my business." Antonio put on a relaxed smile, as if it was just insignificant to refuse to cooperate with Aadam.

Aadam stood up and stared at Antonio. A few seconds later, he turned around and said, "Mr. Antonio was really different from others. I admire you for being able to give up a business worthy of hundreds of millions of dollars for the sake of resentment in your heart."

While speaking, Aadam came to the door of the office. He opened the door and turned around again to look at Antonio, "But, Mr. Antonio, I hope that you won't regret the decision you made today."

After that, Aadam went outside without stopping.

Antonio suddenly stood up from the chair, "Wait a moment."

Aadam turned around and smiled with great interest, "Why, Mr. Antonio regretted it so soon?"

However, he had hardly finished it when he found that something was wrong because Antonio walked straight towards him with no expression on his face. He couldn't tell whether his emotion. But he had a strong aura.

Antonio hit him in the face with a punch before he understood what was going on.

It was out of Aadam's expectation that Antonio would hit him suddenly.

Aadam knew that he wasn't dreaming because his face hurt hard.

"Ha, Ha, continue. I like to see you being angry." After being astonished for a moment, Aadam smiled and asked aggressively instead of being angry.

"Bang!" Antonio hit him in the face again and then relaxed his hands, "Do you want me to hit you again?"

His voice was so cold that people hearing it would shiver. Oscar had been waiting outside and his face darkened after hearing it.

Antonio had always been very calm. Why did he hit Aadam today? Oscar felt suspicious, but he knew it wasn't the time to ask.

Aadam answered with a smile, "Of course, just do it. I won't fight back." Hearing this, Oscar came close to Antonio, hugged him before he hit Aadam and said, "Mr. Antonio, calm down!"

Antonio didn't struggle, just looking at Aadam coldly.

There were several obvious bruises on Aadam's face and even some blood in the philtrum. But he still smiled as if he could not feel the pain.

Oscar looked anxious, "Mr. Bailey, why not leave now?"

A smile went through Aadam 's eyes. He looked at Antonio, nodded meaningfully and then turned around to leave, "Antonio, a wise man knows when to retreat. I'm leaving, but I'll let you pay the price for it."

Aadam suddenly said it after walking a long way.

Oscar didn't let go of Antonio until Aadam disappeared from their sights. He thought that Antonio would definitely scold him, but he didn't.

Aadam touched her head, but did not reply.

"Joe, can you contact a whatever TV station? I want to have an interview." Aadam looked at Joe.

Joe nodded, "It's not difficult. There are many TV stations that want to interview someone like you exclusively."

After he finished speaking, he went outside to make a phone call. Delia was indeed well-connected in J City. Just like now, it took Joe no effort to make an appointment for a TV interview.

After the call, Joe went back into the room. Looking at the bruises on Aadam's face, he couldn't help whispering in low voice, "Sir, what about my going out to buy you some plaster?"

Aadam waved his hand, "No, I keep it for some use."

Joe didn't mention buying plaster again, "The interview is scheduled to be broadcast live at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow on the financial channel of a local television station in J City."

"Hmm." There was a flash of coldness in Aadam's eyes. From childhood to adulthood, he often got into trouble, but he was always the one who beat others. No one dared ever to turn up his nose at him.

He must let Antonio pay the price for it since he dared to hit him.

Although Aadam was not sure to make the Baron Group close down in J City, he was confident of ruining Antonio's reputation, especially after Antonio beat him up today.

If Antonio's reputation was really ruined, how long would he be able to be the chairman of the board?

Adelaide said that she liked him, but Aadam didn't believe it. Adelaide's behavior in the hotel that night let Aadam know that Adelaide wasn't a woman without a bottom line.
