Hanna smiled and exposed her eight white teeth proudly, "Of course."
They talked and laughed and arrived at Adelaide's home. Antonio was reading newspaper in the hall. Adelaide secretly stuck out her tongue, thinking that he lived a life similar to that of an old people. Without greeting him, she went back to her room with Hanna.
"You and he..." Hanna leaned on Adelaide's shoulder and asked tentatively.
Adelaide pushed her away and answered seriously before she could finish her words, "I have nothing to do with him."
She would be extremely angry when she thought of Antonio who was stubborn. She specially sent him a birthday present, but he doubted that she had an affair with Jerry. He was not good at judging what other people were like! The more she thought about it, the angrier she became.
Hanna managed to laugh for a while and didn't continue this topic because she felt that Adelaide was horrible now.
Gradually, there was a breeze. Soon, the sun was going down and it became cool. Damla came to ask them to have dinner. Remembering that she had an appointment with Richard, Hanna refused when Adelaide asked her to have dinner with her.
The next day, Hanna asked Adelaide out early in the morning. When Adelaide arrived, she was told that Hanna wanted her make the atmosphere active because Hanna was too shy. Adelaide sighed and pointed her finger lightly on Hanna's forehead. She had thought that Hanna asked her out for something important.
When lovers dated with each other for the first time, they had to keep up appearance. To avoid embarrassment, many people would take their friends with them. So was Hanna. Both Richard and Hanna were somewhat embarrassed. Adelaide walked among them, trying to figure out a topic to ease the weird atmosphere.
"Well, how many people are there in your company?"
She tried her best, but Hanna and Richard were really too nervous. Like pupils answered the questions from their teachers, they would think about her words and then answer with the most refined language. After they finished a topic, they walked down the street in silence.
The sun was blocked by dark clouds. It was a rare overcast day and there was a cool wind. Originally, it was a good day to wander around. However, they walked side by side with Adelaide and were too shy to say a word. Once in a while, their eyes met, but they would look away soon, after which they would blush.
"Only me." After saying that, worried that Adelaide would not be satisfied, he hurriedly added, "But it's enough to support two people."
After that, Adelaide covered her mouth with her hand and smiled. A mother would like the husband of her daughter more as time went by. Adelaide was just like the mother, getting a better impression of Richard.
Hanna took Adelaide's arm and coughed lightly. It was only then that Adelaide realized that she was looking at him strangely. She forced herself to smile and scratched her head. She had asked all the questions she could think of. If she had to continue to ask questions, she could only ask private questions like how many people there were in his family or if he had brothers or sisters.
There were many pear trees along the way. The pear flowers were in full bloom, giving out fragrance. However, the passers-by were not in the mood to see them. Adelaide pulled Hanna's sleeve secretly, but Hanna lowered her head more because she didn't know what to say, either.
