Please Love Me novel Chapter 10

Time passes by, and I am now wearing my chef uniform .

“My...I gotta go.”

“Your dad called early in the morning. He says good luck, Tricia.”

“Please tell dad that we’ll call at Skype later.”

“Okay. Sit here first, eat breakfast.”

“Nah. I’m good. I’ll be late in my first subject, Mom.”

I walked outside the house to wait for a cab. However, a car suddenly stopped in front of me. Its windows are down, and the driver smiled at me like he is in a cloud 9. Yuck...Enzo.

“Good morning Pat…” I thought I saw an addict gosh. And here he is again..fixing his hair like a shampoo model. And my heart is at it again… beating like crazy.

“Morning Marvie!” I’m trying to keep calm. His forehead knotted, cute.

“Marvie ha?”

“You keep on calling me Pat that’s why!”

“Hop in! Let’s go together…”

“Whoaaaaaah!!! Enzo! Stop the car! I don’t wanna die yet!” He is driving so fast that I thought I would die. When he stopped the car, I didn’t notice that I’m hugging him. Oh no…

“Do I smell good?” Jerk!

“Asshole! Are you going to kill me, ha?! What do you mean you smell good? In your dreams!” This feeling is new to me. This is not the first time that I hugged him, but this feels different.

“I love it when you look pissed Pat. You look more beautiful.” Hmp.

When we reached the university, I walked fastly to be away from him.

“Sis!” Sunny shouted.

“Oh? Clingy bff Enzo?” I smacked Sunny’s head because she is on her annoying self again.

“Go ahead guys!”

“Ok Tricia! Let’s lunch out together?” Zion said, so I just smiled and nodded at him. I saw Enzo makes a face. What’s his problem? why are they acting weird?

We are about to enter when Monica talks. I saw how Enzo’s gaze turned to her...

"Good morning Tricia and Sunny!” She smiled at us,a nd I did the same whie Sunny ignored her.

What’s her problem?

Enzo is still staring at Monica, but the latter just rolled her eyes at him. I’ve never seen him look at another girl that way before…

“Let’s go Tricia” Monica said.

“Yeah...let’s go…”
