Late at night.
A black Passat left the Nandu District at a speed of 150 kilometers per hour with the distant light, driving on the ring road.
Like a bright comet, it crashed into the pitch-black industrial area.
"You must wait for me!"
With a burst of rapid and harsh braking sounds, the car finally stopped at the gate of the abandoned shipyard.
This used to be the safest protection base under Jason's command.
Now, it had become the most dangerous place in the world. He was going to break in alone!
After parking the car, Jason took a deep breath.
He checked the time. There were only five minutes left, and half an hour had passed.
This was caused by his full speed driving.
If there was even the slightest pause along the way, he would miss the designated time of arrival by that person. The consequences would be unimaginable.
Five minutes later, Jason was not in a hurry to get out of the car.
He did not turn off the engine, but just hung the train on the P-level. Then he turned on the electronic handbrake, took out a pack of cigarettes from the central armrest, lit a cigarette, and began to squint his eyes to look at the door of the shipyard, smoking.
There was no doubt that there was only one person on the other side.
The combat power of him alone was even far beyond that of the whole Huntsman Team!
One against ten, invincible in close combat!
The most important thing was that he still had hostages in his hands.
It was a great hostage.
With such a hostage in hand, no matter how many helpers Jason had called, it would not be of any use. Instead, it would intensify the current situation.
So he had to do it alone. It was cost-effective to exchange one for another.
Even if something unexpected happened, he had no other choice.
He could not bear to watch his father die tragically in his opponent's hands, but he did not do anything.
Otherwise, he would have spent the rest of his life in nightmares. There was no point in walking dead and living on.
After smoking a cigarette, Jason looked at the short wooden cabin on the central fence. He hesitated for a moment and felt that it made no sense. Then he opened the door, got off the car, and strode into the abandoned shipyard.
This was his territory!
Not only could he not do that, but all the members of the Hunting Team were present. Unless Eagle Eyes could use sniper rifles to shoot him from afar, once he fell into close combat, he would be able to kill everyone in a second!
"So you called me just to humiliate me verbally?" Jason did not move and said with a sneer.
"I can kill you as well." The middle-aged man said in a low voice.
"Go ahead. I'm no match for you." Jason admitted generously, without any grievance on his face.
This made the middle- aged man hesitate a little. He thought that he was invincible in close combat. When the abandoned shipyard was heavily protected, he once walked in from the gate and hurt everyone with his bare hands. If it weren't for the sniper lurking in the dark who almost shot him to death, there wouldn't be a living person in the whole abandoned shipyard.
The other side was definitely aware of this, but he really went to the meeting alone and looked so calm. Did he still have a backup plan?
"You are afraid."
Jason suddenly smiled.
He did not question him, but looked at him with a rather contemptuous expression.
The middle-aged man did not speak. His cold eyes fiercely glanced at Jason. There were suspicion, fear, speculation... All kinds of complicated eyes gathered together, and a touch of killing intent appeared in the air!
"Since you're courting death, I'll give you a ride."
Under Jason's shocked gaze, the middle-aged man slowly stood up from the iron chair and strode toward him.
