Anthony did not hang up and opened his screen to open Ivan’s message that contained a few photos, captured out of surveillance footage.

Lilian walked into the Authentic Clinic for a facial treatment and went to Bianca’s room on her way out.

However, merely the fact that Lilian had made contact with Bianca with no other supporting evidence would be dismissed as visiting a friend by Lilian even if Anthony was to interrogate her.

How can I ever go out there again?” Bianca sat in front of the dressing table and stared at her reflection in the mirror. “What’s the point of looking beautiful? Everyone is laughing at me in secret! Especially Anne! She must be really happy with herself right now!”

“He might have called off the engagement, but that’s between the two of you and no one else knows about it. You still stand a chance! If you give up right now, who’s going to benefit the most?”
