Could she even find him if he had gone to Snow Mountain…? Unable to decide, Xavia ultimately muttered, “…I’ll think about it. For now, let’s head down and get some food…”
“…Yeah,” replied Dolly with a subtle sigh of relief. At the very least, Xavia hadn’t been suspicious regarding the computer…
Whatever the case was, Mark was able to notice just how distracted Xavia was during dinner, and this prompted him to say, “…Why don’t you head to M Country, Xavia…”
Naturally, everyone at the dining table was stunned. After all, wasn’t Mark, Xavia’s first love, supposed to be taking full advantage of the current situation? Why was he telling her to head there?
As everyone continued staring at him, Mark added, “…You need to clear up your misunderstandings with him. I don’t want things to end up like how we did…”
Due to their failure to communicate back then, the duo had missed the chance to make things right for them… While it was true that he still wanted her to himself, his priority remained the same, and that was to make her happy…
With his mind made up, Mark sighed before saying, “…Yulia still needs her father’s presence for the check-up, right? Go book a ticket and I’ll send you to the airport in a bit…”
His reasoning was sound, and even if it wasn’t, Xavia knew she couldn’t just back out again… Not with how serious Mark’s gaze was. In the end, she simply replied, “…Alright. I’ll get some tickets after dinner… Thank you, Mark.”
Smiling subtly, Mark then poured her a bowl of soup… And as for Matthew. He was glaring at his friend like he was a complete idiot! What was that son of a gun doing by pushing her away?! At this rate, Mark truly did deserve to be alone! Unbeknownst to Matthew, this was the aspect of Mark that Xavia had always loved…
Either way, the weather was slightly better the next day, and Xavia brought Yulia along on their flight straight to M Country… This was her chance to finally make things right again, both in terms of love and going against Sophia. Hopefully everything would turn out well…
