With how domineering he was being, Xavia couldn’t help but flinch a little. Even so, she eventually retorted, “N-nice try, but I’m not buying it!”
“…Are you for real? Look, I just wasn’t willing to let things go so easily, alright?!” grumbled Zivon with a raised brow.
“Aha! So you finally admit it! You wanted to forgive me all this time, but your ego prevented you from doing so! You’re a hard man to deal with, Von…!” scoffed Xavia who was secretly feeling a lot more relieved now that she knew his true thoughts.
It took him a while, but he eventually replied, “…My personality isn’t the only thing that’s hard… Maybe you’d like to try dealing with that as well?”
Instantly going red, she was quick to grumble, “L-like hell I do! Are you seriously expecting little old me to deal with your massive frame?!”
After staring at her for a bit, he pulled her closer to him while saying, “You don’t need strength to use your mouth…”
“W-what…?! L-let go of me right now…!” retorted the blushing woman as she attempted to squirm free.
However, Zivon simply replied, “…If you do it, then I’ll stop being mad at you!”
Rather than a negotiation, it sounded more like a compromise to relieve all his dissatisfaction. Though Xavia knew that this essentially meant that he had taken a step back…
“…Am I expected to just ignore the fact that you’ve been ignoring me all afternoon?”
