Chuckling in response, Zivon couldn’t help but realize just how happy he was to be by her side again… His train of thought, however, was cut short when he received a text from a certain someone…

‘Don’t forget about our deal, Young Master Burton. See you tomorrow…’

Watching as Zivon’s gaze fell, Xavia was prompted to ask, “…A message this late at night?”

Showing her the message, Zivon replied, “I was saved by this person while I was on the brink of death back in Stroze. Don’t worry about it and just get some rest.”

Following that, he replied to the text with a, ‘fine,’ before turning his phone off. Seeing that, Xavia was prompted to curl up in his arms. Since both of them had gotten very little sleep the night before, they quickly dozed off despite how cramped the bed was. It certainly helped that Zivon had access to Xavia’s calming scent, and that she had a nice warm chest to lie on…

Though the duo had a wonderful night together, Ian arrived early the next morning just to pick Xavia up.

Following a yawn, the sleepy woman muttered, “It’s nine in the morning, Ian… Don’t you have more important things to deal with…?”

“We have important things to do today, so hurry up!” grumbled Ian, prompting the defeated woman to look at Zivon while waving goodbye.
