Looking around, he couldn’t help but rub his aching forehead. All around them were dense forests that were covered with snow. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have extra food or clothes, and he was pretty sure that there were going to be wolves nearby. If they didn’t act quickly, then death would surely come for them!
Stella herself was currently brimming with remorse. After all, she knew better than anyone just how dangerous this forest was. The area was extremely secluded too, and from what she remembered, patrol teams would only scour the location once per week.
Though she had chosen this place so that she could be alone with him, she found it rather ironic that she now wanted to be nowhere near him!
Feeling extremely bitter, Stella growled, “…Stop looking around, it won’t help. The only path back to civilization requires a three-day trek, and that’s pretty much impossible since we don’t have the proper gear for that! What’s more, there are wild animals around, and going out there with no weapons is akin to suicide! Our only hope of survival is if we can get the helicopter to land, or if we manage to live long enough for a patrol team to find us.”
Glaring at her, Zivon then sarcastically retorted, “Go fly up and get us to safety, then!”
…God, how she wanted to let the wolves eat him alive right now…!
