Before Xavia could say a word, the twins said, “Mom and Dad will be busy today, and so will we since we’re all trying to get things done earlier to attend your wedding in peace.”

“Be sure to take good care of yourself in this weather, alright? And remember to call either us or the butler if you need anything.”

Jacob and James were now much friendlier than before, and they seemed to care for her as much as Ian did. In fact, they were even wearing the scarves that she had knitted for them!

Pleased by their change in attitude, Xavia smiled as she replied, “…I will. Thank you for looking out for me…”

Smiling after they heard that, the trio then began putting food on her plate. In fact, they even took turns spoon-feeding her some soup!

As they were doing so, Zivon finally descended the stairs… and upon seeing how close the three men were to her, he couldn’t help but raise a slight brow. Walking up to them, he then sat beside Xavia before saying, “Why didn’t you tell me that you were ready for breakfast, Xav?”

Naturally, his sudden appearance shocked all four of them, particularly the brothers who realized that he had come from upstairs! Had he stayed the night? Was that why Xavia had been being so weird earlier?!

“…You stayed the night, Young Master Burton? We could’ve easily prepared more rooms for you, you know…?”

Upon hearing those questions, Xavia blushed so hard that her ears looked like strawberries! She had initially planned to see the brothers out after breakfast so that they wouldn’t learn that Zivon was here… To think that Zivon would walk up to them so casually…!
