“That is not true! If Jorge gave her so much money, why was she forced to marry you for a fee of five hundred thousand dollars? None of this makes sense, Chales explained and paused to think and added, 

“And besides, it seems that public relations companies do these things on the internet. They first dominate public opinion and then control public opinion. Elisa is weak in the face of her father’s empire.” 

“That is her problem, not mine,” Robert said coldly. He was always cold and relentless. 

“What if Elisa is in danger?” Charles asked, actually he was a little worried about the situation. He knew what that family was capable of, and he couldn’t have a little compassion for the girl. After all, they were married. 

“Well, if something happens to her, there will be two more words in the column of my marriage: widower! Robert exclaimed. 

For a moment, Charles didn’t know what else to say.

When Elisabeth returned to Robert’s villa, he was already sleeping due to strong medication, she walked to his bedside, opened her phone, and searched for the animated movie “Snow White“. 

“I don’t know what to say to you, so I’m a bit awkward. I’ll find something interesting for you to listen to,” she said, starting the movie. Elisa didn’t realize that Robert was only asleep, and his headache persisted after taking medicine. The childish animation she played severely affected his mood. 

Elisa thought that the audio might be too low for Robert to hear, so she turned up the volume. The voice of Snow White made Robert feel insulted. Finally, unable to bear it anymore, he decided to teach Elisa a lesson. 

Robert suddenly opened his eyes, catching Elisa in the midst of her excitement. 

He waited for Elisa to scream, but to his surprise, she remained unfazed. Damn, this woman was not at all affected by her antics. 

“Another unconscious eye–opening, Mr. Robert. When will you truly wake up?” Elisa muttered to herself,

Just as Robert was about to speak up, he was caught off guard by Elisa’s sudden excitement. 

“What’s this! Sleeping Mr. Robert and Snow White! This is a great opportunity, isn’t it? Sleeping Snow White and the prince who wakes her up. I can give it a try! 

Robert suddenly had a bad feeling. 

Before Robert could react, Elisa covered his open eyes with her hand, forcing him to close them. 

In an instant, the tingling sensation he felt was soothed and disappeared without a trace, comforting and relaxing his entire body. 

Robert suddenly stopped struggling. He closed his eyes and began to enjoy this rare moment of peace. 

Elisa immersed herself in her role–playing, and finally, she came to the “Sleeping Beauty“. Then she gracefully bent down and lightly planted a kiss on Robert’s lips. 

Feigning sleep. Robert felt a sweet taste coming towards him, followed by a soft touch on his lips. 

Robert felt his heart skip a beat. This shameless woman was trying to seduce him again! 

Before he could react, the door suddenly opened. 

It was Dr. Smith entering to examine Robert. 

Upon seeing the scene before her, she abruptly halted. “Sorry! I didn’t mean to disturb you!” 

Elisa heard the voice and suddenly felt her face burning. It wasn’t the first time someone had seen her and Robert in an intimate moment, but she still felt very embarrassed, as if she were doing something wrong. 

“Doctor Smith, are you here to examine Robert?” she asked, stepping aside to let the doctor approach Robert’s bedside. 

Doctor Smith entered, looked at Robert on the bed, and then she noticed the animated movie playing on Elisa’s phone on the bed. 

“Snow White?” Doctor Smith’s eyes soon landed on the animated movie. 

The animation had reached the part where the prince kissed the unconscious Snow White. 

Smith quickly realized that Elisa was using the unconscious Robert as her acting partner. 

“Are you two cosplaying?” Smith asked with a hint of amusement, her gaze fixed firmly on the man pretending to sleep in the bed.
