What Dylan Did to Selene
Isla rolled her eyes.
She suddenly remembered that not long ago her mother asked her to play games with her little friends. Afraid of disturbing her mother's personal affairs, she quickly pulled Wilson's hand and walked away.
Wilson was tall and strong, yet he was now pulled away by a four-year-old little girl. His long legs looked stiff as he moved.
Isla dragged him all the way out of the hospital building.
The sunshine outside was less scorching than just now. It made people feel warm and comfortable
However, Wilson's face seemed to have been covered with a layer of frost.
Near the flower bed, there were a number of brown wooden benches. The laughter of children catching butterflies could be heard from not far away.
A man and a little girl walked over and sat on one of the benches.
Wilson bent his knees slightly and his back was arched forward. He was silent in an
almost frightening manner.
The little girl was sitting next to him, while her two short legs hanging in the air. She imitated his posture to have her back arched forward. One of her chubby little hands was holding her cheek, and she was unusually quiet.
Isla suddenly sighed.
She tilted her head to the right side and said with a serious face, "Domineering CEO, what do you think of the handsome guy just now?"
Wilson made a fist.
What he had just seen in the corridor was still lingering around in his mind.
As the two of them were still distant from Tina and Dylan, Wilson couldn't hear clearly what they were talking about, but he could still see the two of them hugging each other tightly, and see their reddened crying eyes and tears rolling down their faces.
He suddenly wanted to smoke a cigarrete.
But as Isla was sitting next to him, Wilson held back his eagerness.
Wilson was unwilling to answer her directly. He just said perfunctorily, "What do you think of that guy, Isla?"
"He's still okay, but not as good as you!" Isla smiled shyly.
Then, she leaned toward him and added mysteriously, "I have met him before. He is a famous pianist, and his nickname is Piano Prince, and... He seems to be my Mom's exboyfriend, and he is likely to become my Dad in the future!"
Hearing the latter part of Isla's words, Wilson's pupils suddenly contracted.
He asked, "Who told you that?"
Isla covered her mouth with her small hands. "I overheard it when Mom was chatting with Auntie Malee last night!"
Not long after she fell asleep last night, Isla suddenly felt she wanted to pee.
When she woke up, she happened to hear that Tina and Malee were chatting. Isla was still in a daze at that time. She could only hear someone mentioning that "Isla needs a father".
Isla sighed again, "Hey... Domineering CEO... To tell you the truth, I am not ready to have that uncle as my Daddy yet! But if he is good to my Mom, and Mom also likes him, I will be willing to accept him as my Daddy! I want my Mom to be happy!"
Wilson's thin lips tightened.
The expression on his face suddenly calm down, yet mixed emotions were still billowing in his heart.
He felt that the muscles all over his body seemed to be contracting drastically and
might explode at any time.
Isla knew how to observe other people’s speech and expression.
Previously, she had been reflecting upon her own things and didn’t pay much attention to Wilson's response. At this time, she seemed to have felt the change in his mood. She asked him in a childish voice, "Domineering CEO, what's wrong with you?"
"I'm fine!" Wilson replied.
He stood up, but the gloominess which hung around him couldn't be denied.
Wilson made a phone call to Terry, who had already left, and asked him to drive the car back.
Hearing this, Isla jumped off the chair in a hurry. "Domineering CEO, why don't you go up and say 'hello' to my Mom?"
Wilson answered in a low voice, "I'm sorry, but I have something else to deal with!"
Although Isla was reluctant to part with her dear CEO, she knew that he was busy with his work, and therefore she nodded sensibly.
Twenty minutes later, the Rolls-Royce arrived.
Wilson frowned.
He didn't care about it, or rather, he was in a very gloomy mood now.
Seeing that the young master had arrived, a servant quickly reported to Meadow.
Knowing that her second son had come back home, Meadow immediately stood up and said, "Wilson, you're back!"
In the living room, in addition to Meadow, there were also the family of Wilson's uncle.
The three elders were very worried, while Selene, whose head was resting on the sofa's armrest, was crying. Her hair was messy, and her appearance was quite different from usual times. As she had cried for a long time, her face was swollen, and she looked really pathetic.
After breakfast, Selene, who had been crying all the way, was brought to the Chin's Mansion by her parents.
Meadow's voice was hoarse because she had tried very hard to persuade and comfort Selene.
Her husband, Bellamy Chin, had stayed in the military base because of his work as a military officer. Meadow was virtually the only person in the house to cope with this problem. She felt at a loss how to calm Selene down.
Seeing that Wilson had come back, Meadow acted as if she had seen a life-saving straw, "Wilson, I have a severe headache now. I need to go upstairs to take two pills of Aspirin. Selene feels very sad now. Please
calm her down!"
The Chin Family had three sons. Adam Chin, the eldest son, had devoted most of his time in the military base for training programs and military missions. He seldom cared about the personal affairs of his family members or relatives. The youngest son, Simon Chin, was rebellious in his nature and scarcely returned to his home.
For this reason, When Bellamy Chin, who was in charge of the Chin's Group, was not at home, Wilson would actually serve as the head of the Chin family.
When Wilson's uncle and aunt saw him at this moment, they also seemed him as somebody who could help them solve their trouble.
The two of them got up and left the living room, following Meadow.
Wilson and Selene were the only persons left in the living room. He walked to the sofa and sat down with a slight trace of gloominess on his face.
"Wilson!" Selene raised her head from her arms, tears streaming down her face like rains.
Wilson took off his glasses and massaged his eyebrows. "What happened? Don't cry
f u anymore!
Selene seemed to be full of sadness and grievances, and she cried even harder. "Yesterday, Dylan suddenly broke up with me, and he had also canceled our engagement...

Hate deception and Abby and Dylan take the cake ,ugh...
NO!!! Tina belongs with Wilson…. Let Dylan and Abby get together...
Wow, once again the villain messes up the true love, Abby needs to go back abroad. And Tina’s true identity as the daughter of Bill Ambrey needs to be exposed! Then the families can “convenience marry” !! Abby is a witch....
Too bad Wilson can’t figure out that his and Tina’s ex’s and his cousin Desmond are conniving creeps!...
Anthea is so stupid, lying and leaving the man who loves her more than life itself. 🤬...
She deserves to be unhappy, being with someone she doesn’t love because of resentment for the exact thing she is doing, hopefully she ends up with no one. Calvin is a wimp and doesn’t love her, just wants a wife to please his family....
So the same basic story as Simon and Addy but stupid Emily is going to marry him! What a hypocrite! Ugh...
Emily gets more stupid every chapter, when did she pickup Calvin as a fiancé!!?? This story line is awful….very sad to do to Simon what she “thought” he had done but didn’t. She is truly a dumb woman. Simon never loved or really even cared for Addy….what the hell is she doing with someone she doesn’t even know or like/love. Awful 😢...
Emily is a fool, don’t let go of the man who truly loves you. Let go of the past, of which he did nothing but help someone who saved his life, and be happy with him… he is your soulmate....
Nothing like cutting off your nose to spite your face Emily. Just stupid! Ugh 😩...
