Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring novel (Naomi) novel Chapter 178

Scott curtly interrupted Dylan.

Dylan was so annoyed he no longer wanted to talk to him. How could he not even let him finish his sentence?

Although he was annoyed, he said, "Yes, not long after you left, she called me. How absurd. She said she was here for some work, and since we had not met in a long time, she asked if we had time to meet."

"So, Olivia has not given up on you? She has not gotten married in the last three years. I never heard about her never being in a relationship. She must be waiting for you. Who would have thought that her wish would come true?"

"She's seizing her chance to grab you up right now to become Mrs. Lawson?"

Scott did not interrupt him. It was quiet on the other end of the line.

Dylan winked and smiled widely. "I don't believe in coincidence or fate. I believe in schemes. Olivia must have found out that you were here, that's why she came over. You also told us your true feelings because you must have predicted this day would come, right?"

Dylan smiled even wider as if he had correctly guessed what Scott was thinking.

"You'll have to be careful. We might be able to play along that you and Naomi are not divorced yet, but Olivia would not. Speaking from another point of view, you two are single. No one will say anything if she wants to pursue you, unless you're not single."

Dylan was smiling so widely. He knew he did not need to say anything further, yet he added, "You better watch out."

Then, Dylan hung up.

Before hanging up, he added, "Oh, by the way, I agreed to meet her tomorrow at noon."

After the call ended, the surroundings were quiet once more.

Scott put his phone down. He stood there and gazed at the white wall. His gaze darkened.
