Before Naomi could answer, Dylan continued, "I don't see any pharmacy around. I have to send everyone back to the hotel first. Shall we get medicine when we head back to the city?"
Dylan gave Naomi a rather troubled look.
Naomi opened her mouth. She subconsciously looked at the cars in front of her. At that moment, the cars had already started moving. She nodded. "Okay, then."
Then, she looked at Scott sitting next to her, surprised that he was already looking at her. His gaze was as usual, just like the way he looked at her when they were married.
Naomi thought for a while before asking, "Are you unwell? Tell us if you are."
It was always difficult to read his expression. No one ever knew what he was thinking, so she would not know if he was unwell or otherwise.
Just like she said, he had to tell them if he was feeling unwell, or the situation would only worsen if he kept silent.
Dylan buckled his seatbelt, and the chauffeur started the car, following the cars in front.
Dylan pursed his lips and smiled when he heard what Naomi said. He had wondered what Scott did to have earned her concern, but it turned out Scott 'sacrificed' himself to gain her pity. What a genius.
Scott looked at Naomi's concerned gaze and replied, "Not yet."
Naomi furrowed her brow. 'Not yet'? What about later?
The car ride was two hours back to Herland. She was truly worried. She looked out of the window and looked at the time on her phone. She said, "If you feel unwell, let me know. We'll find a pharmacy nearby to get some meds."
"Mh."
