"What do you mean? Did I make a mistake?" Blake asked with confusion. He understood the situation clearly from Yasmine's aggressive demeanor and constant use of derogatory terms toward Yolanda. It was obvious that Yasmine was bullying Yolanda, who had stood up for herself.
He glared at Lewis. "You said your sister was being bullied? Is this how she bullies others?"
Fearing Yolanda might misunderstand, Blake quickly explained, "Ms. Henderson, I didn't know you were here. This man came to me saying his sister was being bullied, so I came to check it out."
Yolanda looked at Blake's anxious expression and didn't vent her anger at him; she nodded slightly. "You handle it."
"Mr. Rowse…"
Lewis and Yasmine exchanged confused glances at Blake's sudden change in demeanor. They were used to seeing him as decisive and commanding; they had never seen him speak humbly to anyone, especially not to someone who appeared so insignificant.
"Who is this person bothering you?" Lewis leaned closer to Yasmine and whispered.
"I…I don't know! She's just a nobody who spent time in juvenile detention; she has no background!"
Despite Blake's attitude toward Yolanda, Yasmine still clung to her hope. "Mr. Rowse, this person is bullying me in the restaurant… She injured my bodyguards and hurt the security staff! You can't side with her!"
"Bullying?"
Blake shook his head at Yasmine's claims. "Ms. Henderson isn't that kind of person. How dare you slander her?"
"I did not!"
At this point, Yasmine could only force herself to argue back. "If you don't believe me, ask the waitstaff whether she started all this!"
The restaurant staff and security quickly nodded in agreement with Yasmine. They were intimidated by the Judd family's reputation and didn't want to cross them.
Yolanda had no background either; even if she happened to know Mr. Rowse, he wouldn't protect her if she was in the wrong, so they chose to side with Yasmine and lied.
"That's nonsense!" Sharon couldn't hold back any longer as she saw everyone conspiring against Yolanda.
"I was having dinner with Yolanda when this Yasmine girl came over demanding we give up our seats. When we refused, she threatened us; how could Yolanda have started anything?"
"The waitstaff here is just her lackeys; they're all in on this deception!"
Sharon's words left the room in stunned silence.
"How dare you?" Blake shouted angrily.
"Lewis, do you think I'm a fool? You're using my name to bully people and then trying to turn the tables on me! If I hadn't been here today, you would have made me look like the villain!"
"Mr. Rowse, please let me explain…"
Lewis felt the heat of Blake's fury and turned pale, trembling like a leaf.
"It's not what you think; I…"
