Rebirth of the Deadly Beauty novel Chapter 391

"I'm certain she drank it. I've been watching her throat," someone else from the crowd chimed in.

"Then how did you undo the poison?" Miguel didn't give up. He still wanted to know.

"You should care for yourself first," Yolanda replied nonchalantly. "In another ten minutes, you'll lose your ability to hear if you still can't undo the poison."

"What?"

Miguel jumped up. He took his pulse quickly.

Then, his expression turned dark as he swiped his arm all over the table, causing the things on the table to crash onto the ground.

All the medicinal ingredients, plates, and clay bowls shattered noisily on the ground. It was a mess.

Miguel was unwilling to admit defeat, but he really couldn't figure out any other ways to undo the poison.

He huffed and puffed as he leaned his weight onto the table and looked spitefully at Yolanda.

At last, Miguel caved. He didn't want to lose his hearing, and he didn't want the toxin to stay in his body for too long of time.

"I admit defeat. Undo the poison for me."

Yolanda picked up a silver needle, came to Miguel, and accurately inserted the needle in between his brows.

After a minute, Yolanda removed the needle. Miguel gave out a huge cough and a big mouthful of black-tinged blood spewed out of his mouth.

"Dr. Pattinson!"

The people of Healing Haven went up, held Miguel, and helped him sit on a nearby chair.

Miguel breathed heavily. His emotions quickly calmed down, only to find the unbearable pain he was experiencing had disappeared without a trace.

He took a huge breath to calm himself before he said, "No one else can undo my poison except myself. Why are you okay?"
