Yolanda knew what Dunstan and Daniel were worried about.

"Viktor now gets a taste of what it's like to walk again. When he can't walk tomorrow, he'll surely be scared of spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair. He might have accepted his fate if I had just told him it was incurable from the start.

"But I've given him hope and snatched it away from him, which is far more painful than being disabled since the start. Yolanda had just finished asking Baxter about how the clinic had been doing these days. With no patients left and only half an hour till closing, she changed her attire at the back. She then headed home with Sharon for tacos.

Sharon had never been to any villas at Cerulean Abode before. She was amazed to learn that Yolanda's house had the best location in the entire neighborhood. "Yolanda, do you have a guest room? Living alone in such a huge house must be scary!"

Sharon had even offered Yolanda to stay with her at her place earlier today. But now, she was eager to move in herself after seeing her villa.

"There are plenty of guest rooms on the second floor. Take your pick." Yolanda got out her cookware and started preparing ingredients for tacos. Meanwhile, Sharon explored the house before returning to help prep some veggies.

After half an hour, they enjoyed their first meal together in Yolanda's new home. It brought some warmth to the empty villa.
