Jennifer heard this and said with a gleeful tone. “Easton, Suzy is disabled. Why don’t we go over there and check it out! We don’t want Natalie to bully her, right?” 

Easton fixed his cold gaze on her worried face. “There’s evidence against Zach. How could you be friends with someone like that? When you introduced me to him last time, I thought he was a decent person. 

“Haven’t you ever been to the police station? They’ve committed all sorts of crimes–rape, robbery, kidnapping, extortion Jennifer, birds of a feather flock together.” 

A flicker of panic crossed Jennifer’s eyes. She thought, He used to never bother with such matters, so why is he suddenly getting involved now, and how did he find out about what Zach bad done?” 

Easton stood up and walked out with an indifferent demeanor. Xavier and Jennifer followed him. 

Jennifer definitely didn’t want to miss this spectacle. Today, she was determined to completely ruin Natalie’s reputation. 

As Natalie got to the entrance of her company, she was surrounded by a group of reporters along with a teenage boy with dyed blonde hair who was pushing a middle–aged woman who couldn’t walk 

As soon as the middle–aged woman saw Natalie, she began to cry out. “Oh dear, what wrong did my son ever do to you? You seduced him and deliberately led him to kidnap you! 

Th you set him up and sent him to prison. He’s my only son, and now I’m disabled. You work in such a fancy place; can’t you cut my boy some slack just this once?” 

Natalie and Luna were both taken aback. Natalie thought. ‘What is all this about? Is she coming over here to wail on my doorstep? 

Natalie looked at her coldly and asked, “Excuse me, who is your son?” 

Suzy glanced at her sharp, cold gaze, feeling a bit scared, “My son Zach, said it was you who seduced him…” 

Natalie retorted. “Seduce him? With how beautiful I am, working in such a glamorous place, do I really need to seduce some wannabe thug? Is he rich or handsome enough for me to risk my reputation over him?” 

Suzy was speechless. 

A female reporter said, “Ms. Shawn, but when we interviewed people, they all said you were trying to charm Zach” Natalie chuckled in disbelief and asked the female reporter, “Did you go to the police station? Did you watch the surveillance footage?” 

The female reporter said, “The police station found it inconvenient to provide the surveillance footage…” 

Natalie said, “So, when you say ‘they all, who exactly are you referring to? Without evidence, how can you make such accusations? Aren’t reporters supposed to uphold justice? 

“I’m the victim here. When you sided with this lady, did you ever consider how I, as the victim, would feel? Without evidence, you believe everything you hear. How long has your mouth been marinated to be this flavorful?* 

This woman really has quite a mouth, Natalie thought and took step back. 

The female reporter was speechless, shaking with anger. 

Natalie was truly angry. She thought, Suzy isn’t a good person ether. It’s actually quite bold of her to cogne here crying

Suzy cried, “Miss, you’ve harmed my son so much, how am I supposed to live now?” 

Natalie was so angry. “Stop crying. I’m not your ‘miss! Now you’re wailing, who are you trying to show? If you’re brave enough, why not raise your son properly? 

“You’ve been to the police station, right? Your son has done all these bad things, so why are you crying to me about it? 

You’re crying in front of everyone, accusing me of seducing your son. Can you undo all the things your son has done by crying? 

“If you don’t know how I do things, don’t cross my line, or I might just light you a candle 

Suzy was speechless and thought. “Is she cursing me to death? 

Realizing what was happening, she shouted in agitation, “But I heard you and my son were friends! Why are you framing him? It’s because you think our family is easy to bully, right?” Suzy was desperately trying to smear Natalie. 

Natalie watched her cry her heart out, pounding her chest as if she was the real victim. “Damn… I’ve never met anyone so stupid as you! The evidence is at the police station. I really envy how you can pick up your fork and enjoy a family dinner all alone.” 

Suzy was speechless and couldn’t cry anymore. 

“Ms. Shawn, do you really know Mr. Smith? Is there something improper going on between you two?” a male reporter asked assertively. 

Natalie looked at him and said, “For asking such questions, how much did you get paid by the other side?” 

The reporter stomped his foot in anger, “I didn’t take any money from them, I’m just being truthful!” 

Natalie chuckled coldly, “I was just casually asking No need to jump to conclusions. It’s obvious it’s your first time doing something like this. Your eyes are more scrambled than a broken QR code.” 

The male reporter didn’t give up. ‘But a slap doesn’t make a sound.” 

Natalie slapped him across the face irritably. “You say a slap doesn’t make a sound, but what about this one? Doesn’t it make a loud noise?” 

Everyone on the spot was speechless. They thought, ‘What a fierce woman!” 

“You… you dare hit me?” The male reporter was shocked, staring wide–eyed at Natalie. 

Natalie, headstrong and overbearing, retorted, “You’ve insulted me right to my face, should I just step back and let it go? You back off, I’m not going to.” 

She thought, ‘Some people argue even when they’re wrong, so why should I back down when I’m right? 

Another female reporter pressed persistently, “Ms. Shawn, be easy on people. This mother is disabled. You should be more considerate.” 

Natalie was so amused by her shamelessness that she laughed, staring at the woman, “What does being considerate even mean? Should I compromise myself just so you all can feel good 

Natalie turned to Luna and said, “Luna, take pictures of these reporters and track them down. I want to find out who sent them and teach them a lesson they won’t forget.
