As Hattie walked in, she met Selena's gaze.

Hattie paused for a moment before running over to Selena with excitement. "Selena!"

"Hattie, come here," said Selena.

Hattie obediently sat down in front of Selena with her white face looking serious as she stared at her.

"I heard from Leia that you've already started preparing for Union University's assessment?" asked Selena.

Hattie nodded confidently. "Yes, I will be the best one there."

Selena looked at Hattie's determined eyes and smiled even more broadly. She reached out to touch Hattie's hair and said, "Remember your dreams always, Hattie. Never forget where you came from."

Hearing something in Selina's tone made Hatti tense up immediately as she grabbed onto her hand tightly asking nervously: "What happened? Are you okay?"

"It's nothing," replied Selina shaking her head slightly."I just want to tell you that I'll be leaving the capital soon for somewhere I've missed for a long time."

Hatti became panicked hearing this news grabbing onto Selenas hand unconsciously: "Where are you going? When will you come back?"

"I'm going back home," replied Selina with a smile on her face while looking into the frightened eyes of the young girl who was about to cry any minute now."As for when I'll return... I don't know yet but I promise that once everything is settled down there then I'll definitely come back."

Looking at that beautiful face of hers made it clear that no one could change what decision had been made by this strong-willed woman named Selina.

"She said she was leaving, and no one could keep her here.
