Reborn: Another Chance to Leave U by Hazel Ramirez novel Chapter 83

Chapter 83 Just Drop the Act

Anava looked at Hearst, who was walking toward her. Anaya asked, “What are you doing here?”

“Ms., Tarleton said that you need a date.” Hearst looked indifferently.

Anaya looked at Aracely.

Aracely immediately explained, “I just wanted to help you piss Joshua off. As you can see, Joshua and Lexie are doing so great. You have to show that you still can live a better life without that jerk.”

Anaya looked a little annoyed.

Standing in front of Anaya with his back to the light, Hearst looked down at Anaya with his dark cold eyes. “Why the long face? You don’t wanna see me here?” he asked.

“No,” Anaya bit her lower lip and continued, “I just hate to put you through this because of my personal reason.”

Anaya felt bad about using others.

Anaya didn‘t want to end up like Joshua.

Joshua enjoyed taking advantage of those who cared about him, which made Anaya sick.

Aracely realized that she was wrong, so she immediately apologized, “Mr. Helms, I‘m really sorry. I let my anger get the best of me. Please forgive me. I really should have considered your feelings.”

“Doesn’t matter. Let‘s go in there.”

The three of them walked into Maploem Club.

Anaya wore a blue backless evening gown that framed her curvy figure, especially her thin waist. Walking in with grace and sex appeal, Anaya was eye-catching.

Anaya attracted everyone’s attention at once as she walked in.

Aracely held onto Anaya’s slender and fair arm. “You’re born to be the center of attention, Anaya,”

Aracely whispered proudly

Anaya smiled, “You look gorgeous too, Aracely.”

“1 know,” Aracely echoed with a smile.

The men around looked over and eagerly stared at Anava. Hearst approached Anaya unnoticeably

and tried to block those men with his tall figure.

“Anaya!”

Suddenly, a familiar voice, filled with surprise, came from behind.

Anaya’s smile vanished. Anaya pretended not to hear Bria’s voice and continued to walk forward.

However, Bria didn‘t give up and quickened her pace to catch up. Finally, Bria got in Anaya’s way.

Behind Bria were Lexie and Joshua.

Bria eyed Anaya up and down.

Bria remembered that Anaya always wore plain clothes and no makeup at the Maltz’s place. Although Anaya was pretty, Bria never saw Anaya as a looker,

To Bria’s surprise, Anaya’s gown tonight perfectly framed her nice body. Anaya was elegant and dangerously beautiful. No one could take their eyes off Anaya.

This was the first time Bria had seen Anaya dress up. At first, Bria thought that she had made a mistake. However, it turned out that the stunning woman was Anaya.

It made Bria jealous. Bria snorted, “It’s just a business party. Do you really need to dress up like this? What a whore.”

Before Anaya could retort, Aracely immediately mocked, “Oh, come on. You‘re just embarrassing yourself. Are you jealous because Anaya is much prettier than you?”

Aracely didn‘t have to work, and she spent most of her time hanging out with other rich girls. Even though Aracely was a nice girl who enjoyed her decent life, she was sharp-tongued.

As it happened, Aracely enjoyed picking fights with the bitches.

What? That‘s bullshit! What is it with her? Why would I be jealous of Anaya?”

“Well, Anaya is beautiful and attentive. Plus, she can cook. Not like you, Anaya is perfect! Can’t you see?

“Hehe, that’s not true. I guess you still don‘t know, right? I was in the hospital last night. And I…”

“Bria! Joshua interrupted angrily. “Dont forget what I said last night.”

Lexie seemed to be living a good life. Even though Lexie looked as pretty as ever, her smirk face

Lexie froze all at once. “Anaya, I‘m sorry. I know I shouldn‘t have done something like that. Can you forgive me? Were still friends as we used to be. I don‘t want to lose you as a friend...”
