At that moment, the courtroom was in absolute silence, with everyone staring at each other. They were all waiting.
The Sterling family's proxy lawyer looked particularly grim. His eyes were wide open, and he seemed somewhat in a trance.
He thought the lawsuit would go smoothly without any issues. But who would've thought that something unexpected would happen like this?
There was a flood of people filing complaints to start a lawsuit, and all of them were identical to his own case! It was clearly Hayden's handiwork, trying to put pressure on the court!
The lawyer clenched his fists tightly, glaring fiercely at Hayden.
He was baffled. How could a young man have the mindset to pull off something like this? It was even more shameless than he could ever be!
Only Christina, who stood next to Hayden, was looking at him with admiration. She had just realized what Hayden meant back then. So this was his plan all along!
She pursed her lips, watching Hayden with interest. She wondered what kind of mindset one would need to come up with such an idea, using public opinion and pressure to force the court to change its ruling. It was a brilliant move, nothing short of a miracle!
"Sir, please give your ruling. I'm really in a hurry," Hayden urged softly with a smirk.
At that moment, the presiding judge was sweating profusely, nervously watching Hayden. He then looked at his colleagues, who all shared the same expression of concern about the consequences of this matter.
After some silent exchanges of glances with his colleagues, the presiding judge finally reached a decision. "I hereby announce that the defendant is not guilty, and all the plaintiff's requests are rejected! The court is adjourned!"
Soon after, everyone began to leave. They still had a lot of work to do. Just dealing with those complaints would keep them busy for the whole day.
