He was concerned about her. That sounded wonderful to her.

Meanwhile, Morgan and Lily stood frozen on the spot, watching as Hayden and Christina disappeared into the distance.

"Morgan, what just happened? Why are you so scared? What's the deal with Skyview International?" Lily asked anxiously.

"I… I can't tell you. Please stop asking. I'll talk to Dad directly," Morgan replied, his expression grim.

"Alright then…" Lily sighed helplessly.

With that, Morgan and Lily left.

Charlotte and her two other daughters stepped out from the shadows. They had been near enough earlier to overhear Hayden's conversation. However, their faces were plagued with confusion and doubt.

"Skyview International… What does this mean? Why did Morgan react like that when Hayden mentioned it?" Charlotte asked.

"Could it be that Skyview International is one of our family's dark secrets?" Anna asked in confusion, looking to Julia for an answer.

So far, only Julia had been involved with the Sterling family's businesses. Furthermore, because of the recent plans that she was putting together, she knew the family's operations like the back of her hand.

"That's just a company that the Sterling family holds shares in. It's nothing special. It's a project that Dad has worked on, but the investment isn't much. I didn't ask too many questions about it, but maybe I should look into it. We might find something," Julia said, looking at the other two.

"Don't investigate just yet. Morgan will surely tell Francis after going back. We need to hurry up and get back before he does. We might find out something at home," Charlotte immediately said.

Thus, the trio hurried home.
