"Now that we've got their contact details, all we need to do is invite them out tomorrow to chat a little and have some fun. Give it a few days, and it'll be a done deal. After that, it's just a matter of discussing marriage," Morgan declared confidently.
"That's good. This is fantastic news! This is a stroke of luck for those two women. They should be grateful." Bianca sneered, her voice dripping with contempt.
But as tools went, these two had certainly proven useful.
"Though, from what I can see, the two of you seem to have taken quite a liking to Lily as well." Morgan suddenly threw out the observation, his sharp gaze flickering with suspicion.
They already had Julia and Anna, so there was no way he was letting them take Lily, too.
"Oh? Is that so?" Bianca raised an eyebrow and turned to Wade and Dean.
"Not really. We just find her interesting. She talks a little more, that's all," Wade replied with a smile.
"Since we're all going to be family, there's nothing wrong with chatting, right?" Dean added.
"Oh, come on! We're all on the same side here. If one of you prefers her, just swap! It's no big deal." Bianca waved a dismissive hand, chuckling.
She didn't see the Sterling sisters as people. They were merely pieces in a grander game, bargaining chips to be traded as needed.
"Swap?"
Wade and Dean exchanged a quick glance, an awkward smile forming. But inside, their thoughts ran much deeper.
Swap? What a joke.
As heirs to the capital's most elite families, since when did they need to choose?
