Reborn From Ashes novel Chapter 481

Even when people had asked questions earlier, Nathan had just given vague answers and never provided a detailed explanation.

"Gentlemen, please don't rush. If you have concerns, just fill out the survey, and we'll get back to you later," he said politely, trying to keep things under control.

"Today's event is just for free sampling. Nothing more."

A wave of disappointment rippled through the crowd. They weren't getting the answers they wanted.

"What's the point of a survey? I want answers, and you should have them," Wade said, his tone sharp.

"If you refuse to explain, that just proves there's something wrong with this product. I might as well expose this right now and let everyone know what's really going on."

He whipped out his phone, ready to record.

"Now that I think about it… I don't feel so good. My head's spinning… I feel nauseous…"

Dean clutched his forehead, his expression pained.

"Could it be that your company is cutting corners? Trying to pass off subpar products?"

The two played off each other perfectly, their accusations sending a chill down Nathan's spine.

Cold sweat broke out across his back.

It hit him all at once that these two weren't just concerned customers. They were here to cause trouble.

He lowered his voice, wary of the growing crowd. "Gentlemen, let's talk privately. I've prepared a small token of goodwill. Perhaps we can settle this quietly."

But Wade's voice immediately rang out, loud and indignant.

"Money? Are you trying to bribe us? I'm telling you. I'm here for fairness and justice, not your hush money!

"If your product is legitimate, why are you afraid of scrutiny?"

His voice carried through the crowd, stirring murmurs of agreement.

"That's right! You're trying to pay us to shut up?" Dean scoffed. "Well, we're not interested.

"We don't need your money. We want the truth!
