Ford and Dominick were all nerves, their voices shaky as they pleaded, "Boss, please forgive us. We'll never underestimate Miss Nathalie again."

Nathan paused for a moment, his expression serious as he said, "Your written apology was well done, especially the conclusion. It nailed it."

He added with emphasis, "Make sure you remember this lesson."

With that, Nathan went off to find Nathalie.

Dominick, still shaken by Nathan's intensity, felt his mind go blank. He couldn't even remember what was written in the apology. He leaned over to Ford and whispered, "Ford, what was the last line of that apology?"

Ford replied, "From now on, we must respect and cherish Miss Nathalie. We need to follow the boss's lead."

Dominick slumped to the ground, "I never thought the boss could be such a romantic."

Ford helped him up, "The boss is always so level-headed. If he likes Miss Nathalie, there’s got to be a good reason. Don’t ever think his feelings for her are just impulsive. We really have to treat Miss Nathalie well from now on."

"Yeah, yeah, I get it," Dominick said.

He looked up at the sky, hands clasped in mock prayer, "I hope we’re blessed with a kind, sweet, genuine, and gentle lady of the house."

Ford nodded enthusiastically, "Absolutely."

Inside the house, Nathalie was busy placing fruits and veggies on the kitchen counter.

Nathan leaned against the doorframe, a satisfied smile on his face. "Are we having lunch at home today?" he asked.

Nathalie responded, "Yep. With all these fruits and veggies, it would be a shame to let them go to waste."

Nathan stepped into the kitchen, "Let me cook then. You should take it easy."

Nathalie turned to him, noticing the lingering fatigue from his recent illness. She gently pushed him out of the kitchen, "You're still recovering. You shouldn't overdo it. I'll handle it."

Nathan scratched his nose, thinking for a moment, "Just make something for the two of us. Ford and Dominick can order takeout."
