Darlene’s face turned pale with fear! 

She quickly straightened up, bowing repeatedly to Eric and Kate, pleading desperately, “Please, please don’t! Kate, can you help me? I know I was wrong, I won’t do it again!”

Darlene looked terrified as she slapped herself on both sides of her face. “I shouldn’t have said. anything. I shouldn’t have come here! I promise, once I leave Lullaby Cafe, I’ll leave the away and never bother you again!

Kate turned away with a look of disgust, silently chuckling to herself. She showed no sign of concern, just turned to Eric with a hint of playful annoyance. Ric, I don’t want anything to do with this woman’s tongue. Just thinking about it makes me feel disgusted.

“Tell them to get lost back to their countries. They shouldn’t ever step foot in Haldoria again, especially not in front of me. It’s disgusting!”

Eric felt the anger in him gradually fading away.
