Kate realised that Eric was really angry this time.

Lucas wanted to say something, but chose to simply reply, “Yes, sir.”

He then ordered his men and surrounded the car that Kate was in.

Kate looked at Eric worriedly. She called out to him hesitantly, “Be careful!”

Eric turned back to her and replied with a gentle smile, “I will.”

His eyes turned cold when he turned around to face the approaching attackers.
