Chapter 516 She Could Be Discharged
Gloria looked at him with puzzled eyes, “What the hell do you want?”
She failed to shake off his hand, so she gave up.
Jordy took a deep breath and tried to suppress his anger.
He refused to tell her his intention, which made Gloria feel speechless.
What the hell was he doing?
A moment later, he said in a deep voice, “I won‘t be engaged to her.”
A surprised look flashed across Gloria‘s eyes, “What?”
She was interested immediately.
Anything that could make Angela feel bad would awaken her interest.
Jordy pursed his lips, “If what you said is right, I will give you an explanation.”
Gloria chuckled and looked at him with a calm face, “You don‘t think I‘m a vain woman who‘s always up to something anymore?”
Jordy frowned, and a complicated look appeared on his cold face.
After a pause, he said in a deep voice, “I hope you are not such a person.”
“Tut.” Gloria smiled. So he still thought she was such a woman.
Looking at Jordy‘s darkened face, she said, as if she didn‘t mind, “No matter what your purpose is, I‘m very happy to hear that you won‘t be engaged to Angela. I know you‘re not doing that for me, but I guess I should say thank you because I‘m really happy to hear that.”
The coldness in Jordy‘s eyes seemed to be stronger.
“Gloria, are you tired of disguising now?”
She used to be clever, obedient, gentle and sensible.
But now she was willful, uninhibited, tough and ruthless.
