Chapter 621 She Cried for Weeks
Jordy’s smile widened again, “Yes.”
Karen was speechless.
She kept silent. What on earth was this guy up to?
Jordy looked directly at her and whispered without any hesitation, “I want to remarry Gloria.”
Karen was dumbfounded.
She didn’t hear Jordy clearly and was still looking at him, but Jordy just looked at her without speaking.
Karen was in a long daze and then responded. She looked at Jordy in disbelief, but said in a steady voice, “Did I hear you right?”
What did he say?
Jordy nodded, “Yes, you heard me right. I want to remarry Gloria.”
Karen was shocked.
Her eyes widened in disbelief.
“You want to remarry Gloria?”
Jordy nodded. He knew that Karen would be shocked and wouldn’t believe it. He insisted on not remarrying Gloria back then, so it was inevitable that she would be shocked.
But…
Just when he was about to say something else, Karen suddenly stood up angrily and punched him in the chest, “I stopped you from getting divorced, but you just didn’t listen. You insisted on being with that tramp. Now, Gloria doesn’t love you anymore. She even dislikes you. You think it’s easy to get remarried to her?”
“You won’t like Gloria, will you? She loved you wholeheartedly and did so much for you but you still didn’t like her. How can you fall in love with her when she doesn’t love you anymore?”
Jordy was speechless.
His grandma was like saying he was being ridiculous.
Karen didn’t think so much. She looked at Jordy again, “Why do you want to remarry?”
Jordy said in a flat tone with a calm face, “I think she might be the best for me and make a companion of me for life.”
“Come on, she doesn’t want you anymore.” Karen blurted out ignoring his feelings. After all, when Jordy insisted on getting divorced with Gloria, she was devastated.
But…
She could only watch that happen helplessly and cry for weeks.
