At the police station’s entrance, Hugo couldn’t hold back any longer. “Evangeline, your family is too biased. Their minds are abnormal. My goodness, listening to them makes my fists clench. If we weren’t at the police station. I’d want to shut their mouths with a beating!” 

Steven said, “I also think there’s something wrong with their minds Evangeline was the one who was hurt, yet they didn’t utter a word of concern. Instead, they accuse her of being malicious. All three were furious, displaying disdain and anger when discussing the Gallagher family.

Evangeline didn’t mind. 

She was okay with them following her. After all, she wouldn’t be the one humiliated. 

Evangeline contacted the boyer who notarized her contract and brought the documents to Superb Entertainment. 

Edward had someone take Evangeline to the conference room. 

After quite some time, Edward arrived, looking displeased. 

When he pushed open the conference room door, his face turned dark. Six people were sitting in the room, and his expression instantly darkened. Steven and Finnegan had no direct dispute with the Gallagher family. 

However, as friends of Arthur and Hugo, the Gallagher family disliked them too, 

Edward entered with a sullen face, scanning the room with an unpleasant gaze before finally landing on Evangeline. 

His feelings toward her, his biological younger sister, were complicated. 

At first, he felt sympathetic when he discovered that Meghan was causing trouble for Evangeline behind the scenes

All the businesses under the Gallagher Group were affected, with only the tangible businesses suffering slightly less. 

However, his entertainment company was hit severely 

It was almost devastating 

Almost all the celebrities signed with his agency were attacked by angry netizens. 

Fans boycotted not only Meghan but also all the celebrities under his company, 

When a celebrity went to an event, they were surrounded and scolded. The scene was a mess. 

Many business partners rushed to terminate contracts and demanded compensation. 

Some celebrities who were filming were also kicked off their film crews. 

Besides, endorsement deals for his celebrities were canceled.

Enraged, Evangeline forcefully kicked over a chair. 

The chair flew toward Edward and hit his foo 

“Ah!” Edward screamed in pain and squatted down to hold his foot. His face was twisted with pain. Evangeline said impatiently, “You’re behaving the way you did because you think I won’t get mad, right?” She added, “If you dare to provoke me again, I will drain your blood. Let’s check if we really are related!” Edward trembled with pain, and beads of sweat formed on his forehead. 

Upon hearing Evangeline’s words, he nearly had a heart attack from anger. 

He thought. She’s way out of line..
