She slowly opened the lid of her milk tea and took a sip.
Cameron's face looked a bit haggard as he stared at Selena for a moment and walked towards her.
Leia stared at him warily.
Cameron stopped three steps away from Selena and coughed lightly. "Lady Selena, I don't mean anything else. I just want to apologize to you for what happened before."
Selena raised an eyebrow.
The second young master of the Soo family was not here for Penelope.
Penelope was currently being held in the court and was likely to receive a sentence of at least ten years.
After Cameron finished speaking, he nodded to Selena and left.
Selena was truly surprised this time.
Did the Soo family really send someone here just to apologize to her?
Are they really such easy people to talk to?
Leia glared at Cameron's back, her eyebrows furrowed and her eyes squinted.
It seemed like this family had no intention of hiding their intentions!
The Cooke sisters also looked puzzled.
But the innocent girls didn't think too much about it and happily took Selena to visit Capital University.
Selena spent the whole day at Capital University and didn't return to the villa until evening. Then, when she got out of the car, she saw someone sitting on a bench.
It was a boy in a blue and white hospital gown, sitting quietly under a tree, his whole body so pale that he was almost transparent.
When he heard a sound, the boy raised his head, revealing a face that was as white as his skin, with eyes as black as empty holes, but so pure that they were indescribable.
Selena looked at those eyes, and for a moment, she felt as if she was seeing the eyes of the boy she had raised.
He also had such eyes.
Clean and bright.
Like lustrous jade under a bodhi tree.
The difference was that her brother, the elegant young man, was sharp as a green steel sword, far from being as lifeless as this boy.
Selena took a glance and then turned her gaze away, heading towards the gate.
Leia was staring at the suddenly appeared young man, trying to guess his identity. She saw Selena had already walked away emotionlessly, and immediately followed her. Just as Selena's footsteps were about to step into the gate, a faint pleading voice finally came from behind them.
"Please... let me go in and see her."
Selena stopped in her tracks and slightly turned her head to look at the young man who had stood up at some point. "Do you even know what you're saying?" Even his voice was fragile and seemed to break at any moment. "I'm sorry..." the young man lowered his head.
Selena's tone remained calm. "Give me a reason."
The young man quietly looked Selena in the eyes. "Perhaps I can make her wake up. And when she does, I'll leave immediately. I promise she won't see me."
Selena stared at the dark eyes for a while, then dropped a sentence. "Let him in." She then walked into the gate.

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
