Isabel thought the plan was good, but as it involved their lives and fortunes, she still pressed on for details.
"But Selena has people protecting her, how are we going to kill her?" she asked.
"If Selena was really that easy to kill, how did she end up in her current situation?" she continued.
Leah lowered her eyelashes, hiding the sinister light in her eyes. "Leave it to me. Miss Collins, you don't have to worry," she said.
Isabel didn't believe her and sneered, "If I can't do it, what makes you think you can? Are you trying to frame me?"
Despite being insulted by a desperate woman, Leah showed no signs of displeasure. She smiled softly and said, "Blame Selena for making too many enemies. Yesterday, she caused a scene at Creephia University, and there are many people in the capital who want to kill her."
Although Isabel had been recovering from her injuries in the hospital, she was well-informed about Selena's movements. Upon hearing Leah's words, she almost immediately believed her.
Selena had humiliated many families in public, and with the addition of the Riddle family's new wife, they all hated her.
Thinking of this, Isabel sneered, "What's the point of having a few men like Selena? So many people want to kill her anyway. It just shows how much she is hateful."
Only by thinking this way could the two women suppress the madness and jealousy bubbling up from within.
Leah smiled and asked, "Do you believe me now?"
After careful consideration, Isabel asked cautiously, "What do you want me to do? And why does it involve the red jadeite?"
Red jadeite was related to her life, and Isabel would never reveal it unless it was absolutely necessary.
Leah wanted her to gamble with the red jadeite, but Isabel naturally refused.
Leah said coldly, "Isn't it because that slut Selena has so many people protecting her? It's not easy to get close to her, let alone kill her. At this point, we need something that can attract her attention as bait..."
Isabel knew how difficult it was to kill Selena, so she didn't doubt Leah's words.
She thought over what Leah had said and then sneered, "There are many things that can attract Selena's attention, not just the red jadeite. Why can't we use something else?"
"It's not that I don't want to change it," Leah said calmly, "but Miss Collins, think carefully. Apart from that red jadeite, what else can lure Selena?"
Isabel choked up suddenly, carefully thought for a long time, and then angrily realized that besides the red jade, they really couldn't find any other bait.
Selena had money and power, and almost nothing in the world was beyond her reach as long as she wanted it.
Except for her mother's heirloom.
Lady Nevaeh's heirlooms were mostly recovered by Selena before, and Leah had just said that the Anderson family sent people to investigate the Riddle family's servant from over a decade ago for no apparent reason a few days ago.
The intention was obvious.
They wanted to find all of Lady Nevaeh's possessions and help Selena recover them.
It was only a matter of time before they found the red jade.
She had to make Selena disappear completely before the other side discovered the existence of the red jade.
That way, the secret of the red jade would be buried forever with Selena's death.

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
