"Your marriage to Lady Nevaeh is fake. You forged the marriage certificate and illegally seized Lady Nevaeh's property. Selena is not even your daughter... Sign the document with these ugly facts right away!"
Alberto's fierce expression suddenly froze.
Those muddy eyes widened to the extreme in an instant, as if the anger was about to pop out of the eye sockets, and a strange "hehe" sound came from his throat.
Leah laughed sarcastically, "Is it necessary to be so surprised? Or do you think you are very clever in concealing it?"
"Dad, it's not that I look down on you, but who is Lady Nevaeh? What are you? Why did she choose you? And with that woman's means, did she really not know about your affair back then?"
She patted Alberto's fierce face and looked at the man whose facial features were almost distorted with anger, her face full of hatred. "In the final analysis, it's just because you are just a dog she used to cover up Selena's identity, there is no need to care..."
"Of course, these were just my guesses. Your biggest flaw is that you have never treated Selena as your own daughter!"
Leah had this doubt since she was very young.
Why did Alberto cherish her like a precious gem but completely ignore Selena, and even show disgust every time she was mentioned?
However, at that time, this situation was favorable to her, so she naturally wouldn't be stupid enough to dig into it.
But this doubt was buried in her heart early on.
It wasn't until she got involved with the power of capital and learned about Selena's identity and the reasons why those people couldn't tolerate Selena, and then she secretly took a strand of Selena's hair and learned the truth that made her regretful.
The jealousy and bitterness that surged up in that moment almost drove Leah crazy.
It turns out that she had lost from the very beginning.
Leah's smile twisted for a moment. "But, dad, I really underestimated you. How could you dare to tell such a big lie? If Selena and the Riddle family from the capital found out the truth, what would be your fate?"
Alberto trembled violently all over and glared at Leah with resentment.
Leah grabbed Alberto's collar and tightened her grip, bit by bit. "Since you've lied, why not eradicate the problem entirely? Why didn't you kill her when Selena was a child? Why leave behind this living evidence to expose your own despicable and evil deeds?"
Alberto's throat made a creaking sound, and his face turned an ugly bluish-gray.
He tried to lift his hands to push Leah away, but he couldn't muster the strength.
"Pray," Leah exerted more force and smiled in a sickening way. "Pray that Selena won't investigate her own identity. Pray that when Selena's biological family finds out the truth, they won't come to chop you into pieces. Pray that this secret will never be discovered, otherwise... Father, your days are numbered!"
Alberto's eyes bulged, and he shook like a sieve in his wheelchair, glaring at Leah and wanting to tear her apart. He struggled to speak. "Beast..."
"I'm a beast, but what can you do?" Leah let go of his collar and sneered. "Sign the document obediently. As long as I'm still here, you're still the chairman of the Riddle family. Otherwise, you can only wait for Selena to come and collect the debt from you!"
Alberto was furious and met Leah's cold gaze, his face rapidly turning pale.
In the end, he tremblingly picked up the pen.
Leah smiled satisfactorily and turned to the page where he needed to sign. She handed it to Alberto.
Alberto's hand shook so much that he couldn't hold onto anything, but Leah was patient and waited for him to struggle to sign his name.

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
