Selena walked out of the principal's office and went back to the library to print out some notes. Then she went downstairs.
Leia was waiting for her downstairs.
When the little girl saw Selena coming out, she ran over, bouncing and skipping, and took the notes from Selena's hand. "Madam, are we going home now?"
Selena nodded. "Let's go home."
Leia took her to the car, and Selena sat in the back seat. Her slender back lazily leaned against the sofa, and she closed her eyes. There was a hint of fatigue in her eyes.
Leia hadn't seen Selena so tired for a long time. Looking at Selena's lazy face through the rearview mirror, she frowned.
Since that night when she watched the video at the Creephia villa, Selena's mood had been off.
Leia had told Osvaldo about the content of the video, but after their young master watched it, he was silent for a long time. In the end, he didn't say anything, but the dark color in his eyes became even more terrifying.
The car drove all the way back.
During the time Selena was resting with her eyes closed, her phone in her backpack suddenly vibrated.
She took it out and looked at it, then pressed the answer key.
Patrick's voice came through the speaker, "How do you feel today?"
Selena sounded a bit lazy as she said, "tired, but it's okay."
Patrick was silent for a moment. "Rest early when you get back. If you really can't adapt, call me."
Selena smiled, but didn't explain. She just said okay and hung up.
The car returned to the villa, but Osvaldo hadn't come back yet. After dinner, Selena locked herself in the study and continued to study the information left by Callum.
The thick carpet covered the floor, and Selena, with her hair down, barefooted on it, lazily lay behind the desk, one hand propping up her forehead, and the other flipping through the materials in her hand.
She read very fast, almost at a glance. She skipped over many things directly, and occasionally pulled out one or two pages that needed careful consideration and put them aside.
The atmosphere was very quiet.
The sky outside gradually darkened.
When the sky was completely dark, someone pushed open the door of the study silently.
Osvaldo walked in.
The messy drafts were scattered on the desk and the floor, the thick medical books were piled up everywhere, some were already flipped through, and some were only halfway through.
Selena was asleep, curled up on the desk with her slender body, black hair covering her back, and her curly eyelashes hanging down, casting a silhouette on her fair face.
A man approached silently, squatting in front of her, staring at the pale and tired eyes of the girl, motionless for a long time.

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
