“What’s happening here?” a group of senior executives descended on the scene as they came over on the escalator.

Today marked a surprise inspection by the Lockhart Group’s marketing department, and Zev’s loud complaints effectively highlighted all the security flaws and other issues in the mall, providing the inspectors with ample material to work with.
