Finally, after a long wait, the judges‘ voices became clear. 

“Congratulations to the 25 contestants who have passed through to the next round. You have successfully passed the first challenge. Next, you will enter into the second challenge, which is even more competitive. I hope that you can stay on your game and continue to work hard.” 

A blue light flashed before me, while red lights flashed before the others. 

Only those who had blue lights in front of them had been chosen and had passed successfully. The red lights meant that they had been eliminated.
