Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 173

“I—”

Alicia had barely opened her mouth to tell Tyrone how she was feeling when a commotion erupted outside her hotel room. Moments later, someone swiped a keycard and barged right in.

“My friend saw her with another man at this hotel. Alicia is nothing but a shameless, promiscuous tramp!” Nicole burst through the door, her voice ringing with certainty. She was flanked by Vincent Maddox and—of all people—Albertine from the orphanage.

Albertine’s face was tight with worry as she glanced anxiously at Alicia.

Alicia sat motionless on the couch, stunned by the sudden intrusion.

On the video call, Tyrone’s expression darkened.

“So, where’s her secret lover?” Nicole scanned the room, suddenly thrown off by the sight of Alicia alone on the couch, phone in hand. Still, she was sure her source couldn’t be wrong. She began rifling through the hotel room—bathroom, corners, every possible hiding place—but came up empty.

That’s when it clicked for Alicia: Franklin must have insisted on entering her room for a reason.

Tyrone had caught on the moment Nicole stormed in.

Things were about to get messy for the Ford family—he could feel it.

“Albertine…” Alicia rose, facing her old friend.

Albertine looked at her and sighed. “Alicia, Tyrone’s grandfather sent me. He wants you to get checked out at a clinic.”

Alicia inhaled sharply, her eyes blazing as she turned to Vincent.

Only Vincent could have known exactly where she was vulnerable.

Vincent avoided her gaze, guilt written all over his face.

“So, where is this secret lover?” Nicole demanded coldly, after searching every inch but finding no one.
