Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 258

The old man glanced at Tyrone too, as if silently agreeing with Nicole’s words.

Alicia’s heart ached for Tyrone.

She had always believed the old man truly loved his grandson, at least in his own way… Now, she understood why Tyrone was so cold, why people on the outside called him unfeeling and hard to get along with.

How could anyone grow up with a tender heart in a family that knew nothing of love?

“Well, I hope your new grandson is everything you’ve ever wanted,” Tyrone said, almost relieved, a wry smile tugging at his lips as he looked at the old man. “But until then, Grandfather, Lynch Corporation is still under my control, and this family relies on me to survive…”

His words were a warning to everyone: until Easton was strong enough to stand on his own, they would do well not to cross him.

Maddox glared at Tyrone in anger, but Tyrone paid him no attention. He took Alicia’s hand, ready to leave.

“Oh, and one more thing…” Alicia paused, then decided to lay everything bare. “The child I lost—Melanie may have been the one who did it, but, Grandfather, you wanted that child gone too. For the sake of profit, to let a grandson you never even raised inherit, you plotted against Tyrone’s own flesh and blood.”

She made no effort to hide the truth, letting the old man know just how deeply he’d wounded Tyrone this time.

He’d crossed a line, and if Tyrone struck back one day without mercy, he’d have no one to blame but himself.

Her words were for everyone in the Lynch family: If Tyrone ever went against the old man or did something that hurt Marcus or Easton, no one should dare lecture him about family or morality.

After all, the old man had sacrificed Tyrone’s own child for the sake of Marcus and Easton.

The old man looked shaken, but with a lifetime of pride, he could never allow anyone to defy him, much less point a finger in his face. “A woman like you isn’t fit to bear a child for the Lynch family!”

Tyrone’s grip on Alicia’s hand tightened. “So you admit it, Grandfather? You ordered Wilma to get rid of Alicia’s child, didn’t you? That was my child. How could you be so heartless…”
