Easton just lowered his eyes, quietly poking at his food, not daring to answer back.

“What, are you still going to treat him like your brother?” Alicia’s voice wavered, her frustration on Tyrone’s behalf plain as day.

“Well… maybe he’s not so bad. If Lynch Corporation goes to him, I might finally get some peace and quiet,” Tyrone said, his tone soft as he tried to soothe her.

Alicia fell silent, focusing on her plate.
