Roar of the Supreme Warrior novel Chapter 1110

“How long more do you need?”

“A day or two perhaps.”

“Hurry.”

After briefly conversing with Blake, James hung up the phone.

Soon, he arrived at the military region. Along the way, the soldiers saluted him.

In the Emperor’s office in the military region…

James was sitting on a chair with a few one-star generals standing before him. He scanned them and asked, “Who was the one in charge of the Red Flame Army after the previous Emperor’s death?”

Nathaniel took a step forward and said, “That would be General Micah.”

“Tell him that I’d like to see him,” James said.

He scrutinized the information he obtained about the generals of the Red Flame Army.

Braxton Micah was a fifty-five-year-old three-star general.

“Understood.”

“You’re dismissed.”

James waved, and the generals left.

However, Nathaniel remained.

James glanced at him and asked, “Is something the matter?”

Wearing a smile, Nathaniel asked, “Sir, do you intend to weed out the remnants of the previous Emperor?”

James looked at him with a slight grin and said, “Remnants or not, it is our duty to serve the people and the nation. However, I believe the time has come to reorganize the Red Flame Army. After all, I don’t want any incorrigible, corrupted figures in the army.”

“In that case, allow me to present you the evidence I have collected,” Nathaniel whispered.

The King had manipulated James into killing the previous Emperor. Since James was still alive and was now the new Emperor, it could only mean that the King had begun making a move. He would be shaking up the Capital before the next election.

Nathaniel chose to have faith in James. If James truly was a corrupted figure, he could only accept his fate.

James looked at the USB drive in his hand, eager to know what was inside it. He inserted it into the computer before hurriedly pulling it out as if reminded of something.

This was a computer in the previous Emperor’s office. Something might have been wrong with it. It would be safer for him to look into it once he returned.

He leaned on the chair in thought. Just then, his phone vibrated.

James pulled out his phone. It was an unknown number.

[What happened?]

He immediately knew it was Madelyn.

[Something unexpected happened. I’ll arrange for another meeting. Wait for my news,] he swiftly replied to the message.
