Leilani mumbled to herself.
If James could break the formation, following James would give her a higher chance of obtaining the Compassionate Path Master’s inheritance.
An Acmean’s inheritrance was terrifying. Even if it was divided into many parts, it was comparable to all the foundations of a super race in the Greater Realms.
For a while, Leilana’s expression was grave. She was thinking of ways to ally with James. Looking around the place, she looked at the people around her and then at Wotan. After weighing the pros and cons, she walked over to Wotan and appeared before him.
Wotan glanced at her with a calm expression as he asked indifferently, “Is there anything you need?”
Leilana smiled. She was stunning with a great body and a popular lady in the Greater Realms.
However, Wotan was not interested in her.
“Wotan,” Leilana called out to Wotan and asked, “How did you ally with Forty-nine? What kind of agreement did you make?”
Wotan had nothing to hide from Leilana’s question. He dully answered, “I helped him in the past and he obtained the treasures. Now that new treasures have appeared, we naturally worked together.”
With a smile, Leilana asked, “Do you still need an ally?”
She looked beautiful when she smiled. She showed two rows of white teeth, and she had faint dimples at the corners of her mouth. She appeared charming and sweet.
“No. Besides, you aren’t qualified.”
Wotan did not care about Leilana’s dignity. He rejected her immediately. Since he had already allied with James, if another person joined in, the treasure needed to be divided into three parts. He did not agree to this, and James would not either.
Standing nearby, Wynnstan, Sigmund, and other living beings saw this scene and frowned.
