Blake sighed, “I can’t think of anything. Let’s wait for a little longer, I guess. Maybe he’ll retreat after realizing he stands no chance against them.”
They had no choice but to wait.
In the research laboratory…
James faced an uphill battle.
This was the fiercest battle he had ever been in. The Undead Warrior would not die no matter what James did.
Though he was injured, he knew he had to hang in there. Once he lost consciousness, he would lose the chance to save Tiara.
The high-intensity battle had severely depleted James’ True Energy. He did not have much True Energy cultivated from the very beginning. Now, it was almost completely gone. If he continued fighting, he could possibly die.
A thin wire appeared in his hand.
With the wire in hand, he ran toward an Undead Warrior and adroitly moved behind it. Then, he aimed at its head and kicked it with great force.
The Undead Warrior’s head was immediately sent flying. Then, it collapsed to the ground, but this time, it did not get back up again. Many bugs crawled out of its decapitated head.
“They aren’t invincible, after all.”
James smiled.
Then, he turned the wire into Crucifier. The indestructible wire served as the perfect weapon at the moment.
Although Crucifier was meant to save lives, it had transformed into a lethal tool in James’ hand.
After discovering the Undead Warriors’ weaknesses, things became much easier for James.
Meanwhile, in the office of the research laboratory…
Seeing that James had killed another Undead Warrior, the Emperor’s face turned pale. “Professor C! Q-Quick, order the Undead Warrior to continue fighting!”
