Angeline unzipped her coat, revealing her singlet and skinny figure underneath. 

“I was able to survive even though I was female because the Emmersons needed me to prevent the next baby from being female as well.” 

No one could imagine that although Angeline had a beautiful face, her body was marked with 

ugly scars.

“More than a decade later, those buyers of trafficking victims can still only receive a maximum sentence of three years in jail. In the meantime, both sellers and buyers involved in animal trafficking will be sentenced to at least ten years! Even if you buy a parrot, the buyer must serve the same sentence as the seller! 

“Meanwhile, for human trafficking… the sellers and buyers are both considered to be 

accomplices. Why can the seller and abuser be let off so lightly?”
