Second Marriage novel Chapter 252

Manfred froze.

“Do you regret it?”

Charlotte did not answer his words, but kept struggling. Manfred suddenly said, “I will take you away.”

“What did you say?”

“I'll take you away from here, away from B City.”

Charlotte, “... Are you crazy? How can you say such things? I am your sister-in-law!”

“You are not my real sister-in-law? Do you think that's an excuse to refuse me?” Manfred clasped her wrist, pulled her wrist high, and stared at her earnestly.

“Do you think I know nothing about you and him? He forced you to sign a contract and leave after six months, didn't he?”

Hearing that, Charlotte stared at him in disbelief. It was a secret between her and Kennedy. No one knew about it in addition to Nathan and Annie, as well as Diana.

How did he know?

“Are you wondering why I know this?” Manfred looked gloomy and his voice was depressed, “Think about it and you will understand. I know your divorce, because Kennedy does not like you and wants to divorce with you as soon as possible.”

“Stop it.” Charlotte interrupted him. She bit her lower lip and said, “Manfred, I've told you before that even if Kennedy doesn't like me, I won't like you. I will find a way to pay back the three hundred thousand I owe you as soon as possible. Please don't say that again. I'll pretend nothing happened. I gotta go.”

With that, Charlotte turned to leave directly.

Manfred was stimulated and directly dragged her back. He held the back of her head, bent over and kissed her lips.

Seeing his approaching handsome face, Charlotte was frightened and panicked. She turned her face before his lips touched hers, so Manfred kissed on her cheek.

Manfred did not give up, but wanted to conquer her because of her escape. He pinched her chin and was to kiss her again.

Charlotte avoided while shouting. It was a street with people coming and going, but no one came forward.

After all, they stood there and talked for a long time. Besides Manfred was tall, handsome, looking like a gentleman. No one would believe that he would force a woman.

“Manfred!”

When the corner of her lips was kissed, Charlotte was angry and slapped on his face.

She used all her strength to slap on his face and vent her anger to this slap. Manfred was in pain, with his face slanted.

Soon a five-finger mark appeared on his handsome face.

“You hit me?” Manfred's lip corner had a drop of blood. He looked at Charlotte with sadness in his eyes. Later, he gave a wry smile, “Do you really hate me?”

Seeing that his mouth was bleeding, Charlotte was depressed. She took her band back.

“I didn't mean to do it. You went too far!”

“I went too far?” Manfred laughed out loud, “I sincerely treat you well, but you dislike me. How about Kennedy? He treats you bad, but you still like him. Charlotte, are you stupid?”

“It's none of your business!” Charlotte shook off his hand. “If you do this again, I will be angry with you.”

With that, she stepped on high heels and ran away, leaving Manfred alone standing in situ looking at her back.
