Second Marriage novel Chapter 485

Kennedy froze and then looked up at her face with the corner of his mouth raised slightly.

“It doesn’t matter, I've been sleeping on your legs all night. It is not a big deal to do this.”

Alice, “...” She paused for a few seconds and pushed his hand away. “It's not a big deal but you have wound.”

With that, she stood up, “Ok, my leg is fine. I can stand up, you sit down.”

When she went to the bathroom, she limped, after all, her legs had just recovered, so she walked limply, but Alice still walked into the bathroom under his eyes.

When she came out from the bathroom, she found Nathan was in the ward.

Alice was stunned for a moment when she saw him, and then she took tissue to wipe her hand and walked over.

“You come so early.” She asked quite naturally, even Nathan was stunned and then he nodded.

“You go home and have some rest, come back at night.” Kennedy said looking at Alice.

Hearing that, Alice stopped her pace and looked at him, “Come back at night?”

Kennedy pursed his thin lips, frowning slightly, “You don’t want to?”

“......”

No, but she thought she needed to take care of him for 24 hours a day, but unexpectedly, he asked Nathan to come.

He had conscience.

“I will come back at night and bring you food. It go back to have some rest now.”

She slept in a chair all night, and now her back was sore, and she had to go back to office to deal with some business.

“Good, I'll wait for you.”

Alice heard that when she was to leave, inexplicably she felt ambiguous and looked at Nathan, only to find that Nathan was looking at her.

Blushed, Alice walked out of the hospital quickly.

Of course, she didn't forget to take the insulation barrel she had brought with her the night before.

After she left, Nathan's face cooled down.

“Mr. Kennedy, you were too impulsive. With this injury, how should you explain with Annie?”

“Why should I explain to her?” Kennedy said independently. After Alice left, he subconsciously wanted to lie back, but as his back was touched, he immediately sat up in pain and gritted teeth.

He could not complain to Alice lying there like last night.

“If you don't explain with Annie, what if she asks?” Nathan's face and eyes were melancholy, “Mr. Kennedy, it is not an ordinary injury, and Annie is a doctor... I'm sure she can tell it right away. If Annie knows you hurt because of Miss Nelson, she'd be sure...”

“Miss Nelson?” Kennedy interrupted his words, frowning, “Call her Mrs. Moore.”

Nathan, “... Mr. Kennedy.”

“What?” Kennedy gave a cold radian, “I am hurt, so you don’t listen to me?”

Nathan dropped his eyes and said depressingly, “No, but... Mr. Kennedy, you hurt badly, I think you should...”

“Is it your turn to tell me what to do?” Before he could finish his words, Kennedy coldly interrupted his words.

“Mr. Kennedy, it's been five years, you...”

“Get out.” Kennedy suddenly got angry and said petulantly.
